Circle Skirt Calc provides a web-based circle skirt calculator, fabric guidance, project saving tools, and related pattern preview features at https://circleskirtcalc.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Calculator Results
The calculator provides drafting estimates based on the measurements and options you enter. You are responsible for checking fit, fabric behavior, seam allowances, printer settings, and final cutting decisions before using fabric.
3. Accounts and Saved Projects
Some features, such as saved skirt projects and export history, may require an account. Keep your login details secure and only save measurements you are comfortable storing in your account.
4. Payments and Exports
The calculator and HTML preview are free. Signed-in users can save projects and generate free full PDFs from saved projects. New purchases are currently unavailable. Any existing purchases remain subject to their original terms; account and billing records are retained.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or use generated materials in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Circle Skirt Calc interface, copy, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use your own measurement outputs and exported patterns for personal sewing projects and client work, subject to any purchase terms that apply.
7. No Professional Warranty
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every calculation, preview, export, or fabric estimate will be suitable for every body, fabric, printer, or sewing method.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of Circle Skirt Calc after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
