Refund Policy

1. Overview

Circle Skirt Calc currently offers free calculator and HTML preview features. The free calculator and HTML preview do not require payment and are not eligible for refunds because no charge is collected for them.

2. Paid Exports and Credits

If paid printable PDF exports, pattern credits, or subscriptions are offered, refund eligibility depends on whether the paid export or credit was delivered, downloaded, consumed, or affected by a billing error.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

• Duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Paid export delivery failures that we cannot reasonably resolve.
• Unauthorized transactions reported promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Free calculator and HTML preview use.
• Downloaded or consumed pattern exports unless a technical failure is confirmed.
• Fabric, printing, sewing, or fitting outcomes based on user-entered measurements.
